Starting ABA therapy can feel overwhelming, but we make the process simple and supportive. The first step is obtaining a DSM-5 diagnosis from a licensed professional such as a developmental pediatrician, psychologist, or neurologist. This diagnosis is essential for insurance approval and ensures your child’s treatment plan is medically necessary and personalized.
Once you have the diagnosis, our team verifies your insurance coverage, explains your benefits, and guides you through any required forms or documentation. We work with multiple insurance providers, including Sunshine Health, Ambetter, Molina Healthcare, Community Care Plan, Florida Blue, Cigna, and Aetna. Our services are available to families in Palm Beach, Broward, Glades, Miami-Dade, Lee, Indian River, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties.
After coverage is confirmed, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts an in-depth ABA assessment to design a customized treatment plan. We handle all insurance submissions and, once authorized, begin therapy promptly—whether in-home, at our welcoming center, or in the community—so your child can start building skills and making progress as soon as possible.
